This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside this cottage is a small rear enclosed courtyard with furniture and parking is in a local car park (Pay and display car parks available in the top part of the village, charges apply at certain times of the year). Grimes Cottage is an ideal base for families who wish to explore the North York Moors National Park, Whitby and Scarborough. Note: A starter pack for the wood burning stove is provided October to March inclusive.
The Neighborhood:
The seaside village of Staithes offers cobbled streets and back alleys, pretty houses, harbour, sandy beach, pubs, shops and tea rooms. The Cleveland Way is well worth exploring, whilst the larger resports of Whitby and Scarborough are nearby.
