The house was incredible! The pictures do not do it justice. It is RIGHT on top of the mountain and the views were amazing! The host was very sweet and accommodating! All of the beds were super comfy, and the basement was great for us hot flash ladies! We did some wild turkeys our last day - but not a lot of wildlife. It was perfect for our group! Thank you all so much for a great Thanksgiving!

Relax and take in the view

This property was the perfect fit for our family with adult kids coming to spend an adventure weekend in Saluda. However, we almost didn’t want to leave because the view at the property was so beautiful! Wonderful amenities and cozy decor made for a special visit to the mountains.

We loved this home. The view was spectacular, the place was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. Living space was a little tight and one bedroom is not an actual bedroom, but a loft without closed doors which made it difficult for kids staying in that bedroom to fall asleep when other people remained up. Otherwise, fabulous.

So sad we never saw the beautiful view. It was a rainy, foggy week, but the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen so perfectly appointed, we made the best of it. Hope to return soon when the weather is better. Just as described.

Saluda mountain house with beautiful views

We had a very nice trip and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped with everything we needed. The views from the deck were beautiful. Will plan to stay again at this great house.

Gorgeous View Stay

Most incredible view ever!!! Quiet, Peaceful and Scenic....Could use a King Bed in Master, screens for sliding glass doors. Screening in part of the porch would make this an A+++++ place. Close to Asheville, Hendersonville and of course Saluda... Hendersonville, Main Street is warm, cozy town with awesome sites. Especially, the bears on every street corner. Would most definitely stay here again. Did I mention the Incredible views!!!! LOL...

really is a gorgeous view

This is a beautiful property inside and out Initially there was no tv but the property manager came to the rescue getting to the house in 1/2 an hour and working hard with DISH to resolve The kitchen is amazing,holding all the tools pots and pans needed for this cook The only need is apasta pot as the one at the house is unusable the owner /manager is generous with garbage bags, detergent , dish towels, dish soap ,etc. the first floor bedroom is beautiful and the view divine in all the rooms Wish we had more time, like a month!

Gorgeous View Home

Nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. Views really are amazing and loved sitting on the covered deck watching the storms roll in! We wanted to keep the July 4th fireworks at bay as we have a senior dog and didn’t hear ANY the entire week we were there! I do wish there had been a king sized bed in the bedroom on the main level. The bed that’s currently there isn’t very comfortable. There are sky lights in that bedroom
really could have done without them as light comes in before 6am! Wi-Fi was very good and the house was very comfortable and clean.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving getaway at this beautiful house. Great Mountain views from numerous rooms. A Lovely quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to Highway 26.. We will definitely stay in this area again and hopes this house will be available for our family.

Truly a Gorgeous View!

We really enjoyed just sitting on the deck and taking in the mountain view. So relaxing! The house was very comfortable, clean, and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. Communication with the property manager Kathleen was great, and she was quick to respond.

First Family Trip in years.

The property was beautiful. Lives up to name, Gorgeous Views! The only down size was not a lot to do, close by, for young children. Lots of hiking for older travelers. Overall, it was a wonderful place to enjoy time with family.

Amazing Property & Views

GORGEous View was just the perfect property. Only a couple miles off the interstate, but you get the feel of being secluded in the mountains. The house was super clean and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. Our family of four and 2 dogs had plenty of space to spread out. We spent most of our time on the deck looking out over layers and layers of moutains. Such a wonderful view to see everywhere you turn. The location was close to main street in Saluda, mulitple outdoor activities. We went on a couple hikes that were 5-10 min short drive from the house. We would not hesitate to rent this property again!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 senior couples. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. The house is as described on the VRBO pictures. Would definitely like to go back and doing more trails around.
