Located 300 m from the beach with access by the condominium. Spring house, very ventilated.
The condominium has a large structure and 24 hour security, as well as soccer field, court, playground, bar and large green area.
Distant 4 km from Guarajuba and 15 km from Praia da Forte.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the first floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, all rooms are suites and have air conditioning.
