There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt.

A localização é boa, bem próximo a orla de Pituba e Amaralina, porém a praia não é recomendada para banho, pois bate muito. Tem restaurantes próximo. Para quem tem alegia e vai ficar por muito tempo, não recomendo, o quarto tem muito cheiro de mofo, acredito ser por conta da maresia. Como ficamos poucos dias deu para aguentar. Café da manhã razoável.

O hotel fica bem localizado e é de uma conhecida rede de hoteis. A equipe de funcionários foi receptiva, não tivemos problemas no check in e nem no check out. Portanto, a equipe está de parabéns. No que se refere à estrutura, esta deixou a desejar: é perceptível o desgaste de paredes, utensílios, elevador lento e que não aguenta o fluxo mínimo, cama bem ruim, me deixou com muitas dores nas costas. O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastantes opções e a equipe também muito solícita.

Localização muito boa, praia logo à frente, restaurantes e lanchonetes tbm em frente ao hotel. Tinha um elevador sem funcionar, o que ocasionou certa demora, mas acho que foi pontual. Fiquei hospedada no quarto 811. Este quarto tem vista lateral para o mar. A localização do hotel é bem próximo da praia e dá para ir caminhando para quem não tem dificuldade de locomoção. A equipe de funcionários foram atenciosos, principalmente, às colaboradoras durante o café da manhã. A limpeza do banheiro quando solicitei fui atendida de pronto, diariamente. ( a limpeza geral dos quartos não é feita diariamente, a não ser que seja solicitada). As toalhas tinham uma aparência já de bastante uso mas estavam branquinhas. A piscina fica no 12º andar, é aberta a partir das 10 horas e o espaço é pequeno com poucos assentos (para sentar tem que chegar cedo). Embora haja informação no site que o hotel dispõe de restaurante, na verdade o espaço é utilizado apenas para servir o café da manhã. Ao lado do hotel tem uma excelente Delicatesse e pequenos restaurantes próximos. No geral avalio como boa a estadia.

Como semore eu amo ficar nesse hotel especificamente , já fiquei dm outros da mesma rede porém o Riviera Premium eu amo, ótima localização perto de tudo, os funcionários de uma educação espetacular , na área do café da manhã a equipe é excelente em especial dona Rosângela tão cuidadosa comigo com minha bananinha ftita que eu amo.Só tenho agradecer toda a equipe Rede Andrade.
