We offer a loft studio of 25 m2 carrez law (38m2 habitable law), for 2 to 4 people on the 2nd floor. You can enjoy a south facing balcony, a covered parking space in the basement, a ski locker, and many amenities for your comfort and relaxation (lobby with billiards, table football, library, indoor pool - closed from 11/05 to 31/05 and 12/11 to 15/12 - outdoor pool (summer season) - small cardio room). This apartment includes:
An entrance with an alcove (2 bunk beds)
A living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people, balcony access with mountains, forests and outdoor swimming pool;
Kitchen area equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator, extractor and 2 electric plates; A bathroom with bath and WC;
Parking space in the basement.
Ski locker
The residence's indoor swimming pool is open in summer and winter (closed in the off season).
The residence's outdoor swimming pool is only open during the summer period (closed the rest of the year).

The Residence Grand Tétras (formerly NEMEA group residence) offers a green and wooded setting with large gardens on the edge of the forest. Located 400 meters from the center of the village, in 10 mins walk along the Giffre with direct access to beautiful hiking trails, cycling and snowshoeing circuits of Samoëns in the Vallons sector.
The Grand Tétras has a games room with lounge, library, table tennis, billiards, table football, free wifi at the reception, a bike room (depending on the available space) and also offers a collective laundry for a fee.

The apartment is easily accessible by car or bus in 1h from Geneva airport, in
2H30 from Lyon, and in 2 hours by train + bus from Geneva.
In winter: free buses 3 mins from the apartment (stop Les Beules) serving the gondolas of the Grand Massif Express and Vercland (ski), the northern areas of Joux Plane and Sixt Fer à Cheval, as well as the village center.
In summer: bus to the valley of Samoëns, Sixt Cirque du Fer à Cheval.
