Modern hotel in older part of samsun. Comfortable 1 night stay. Good breakfast on terrace upstairs with great view of the city. Kettle in room which I like. No complaints. Would come again.

The Hotel seems to be generally in poor condition. The shower outlet was broken from the wall and we had to stick the screws gently into the hole to use it. The air conditioning would only run for one hour and then shut off. We had to turn it back on every hour. The shower doors were very difficult to move in their tracks. The pillows are too large and uncomfortable. Also, the refrigerator would not work even after the staff tried to get it functioning. The breakfast was just okay, but there was no hot food. Generally low-priced, but not a good value. I do not know why they have a high rating. Will not stay there again.

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, besonders zu unseren Kindern. Insgesamt war das Hotel in einem alten Zustand, unser Zimmer hat nach rauch gerochen, unter den betten war es sehr dreckig. Für eine Nacht war es okay, würde aber nicht wieder herkommen.
