My room was really clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. My only complaint is that the rest of the building was a little dirty, for example every breakfast table had food on it and there was food on the floor in the reception area. I've seen this sort of thing at other hotels, it wasn't so horrible I wouldn't come back.

We booked this hotel because we had an event at the convention center next door so we only needed it to get ready, we didn't even stay the night there. The hotel does not tell you on the 3rd party booking app that if you are a local you have to put a significant cash deposit per room so I was out several hundred JUST for being local.

The room was dirty. Actually the whole place was greatly lacking in cleanliness. The tables at the breakfast area still had beer cans and a leftover plate of partly eaten wings the next morning. Our room seemed very dark.There was a decaying dear in the parking lot to welcome you. The staff said they had called the city about it but it was still there when we left and had been there some time. The restaurant has good food but service was very slow. Took about an hour to get our food. The staff was all very nice and helpful and the bed was comfortable and it did seem clean,or i would of just left. For the price especially ,I would have expected much better.

The overall condition of the hotel was poor. It was run down, the hallways were filthy, the bathroom in the room was dirty and the carpet stained. Also, the fitness center was terrible--the equipment appeared to be straight out of the 80s and filthy. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Room was ok, beds were great. They did not have plugs for my husbands CPAP or phone charger between beds, so we had to move the bed out behind the center table and bed , filthy. It looked like someone may have had a problem between and behind the bed?? Also, they obviously did not clean under the counter in the bathroom, there were small piles of?? Bar was terrible, they catered to locals and it was noticeable . It was also not very clean . Breakfast was ok, they had the basics, but it was clean.

We reserved a room for one night, using the hotel's heated indoor pool and hot tub and on-site restaurant to celebrate an event. Room appeared clean, though we didn't stay overnight. Staff was friendly and professional, clear about amenities and guidelines for pool use. However, noted missing cushions from lounge chairs in the pool area, floor mats hanging on railing outside the hotel restaurant for multiple days, and dried spills in the elevator and on the sidewalk. Generally a nice but aging property.
