Pretty good, but could be better

Overall our stay was ok, our room was located close to the lift, and close to the freeway so we found it to be quite noisy. Had some problems with the sink and had to ask 4 times to get it fixed. Location was close enough to the riverwalk , but also quite a walk on a hot day. The hidden speakeasy in the lobby was great. Also appreciated the cafe in the lobby .

Fantastic Location!

Location location location! My family was there for the Final Four and we were pleasantly surprised that the Alamodome was just a 5 minute walk away. Riverwalk was just a short 10 minute walk away and the hotel is literally right off the main highway. The room was pricey due to supply and demand, but I guess that is to be expected. My only complaint was that there was no complimentary water in the room. For as much as I paid per night, I would expect for them to at least provide a few water bottles. Also, housekeeping cleaned the bathroom but did not make our beds, which was a little strange. Nevertheless, the fantastic location made up for all other shortcomings.

The staff was so welcoming and nice from the valet to the front desk & housekeeping. It was an easy walk to the riverwalk & restaurants. I will say my only complaint would be the thin walls. I could hear the street noise & people above me pretty loudly but for a two night stay it was fine. Would recommend!
