The first night we was at the hotel, we told them there was roaches in our room. The guy at the front desk just looked at me and didn't even ask why I needed a new room. I didn't get a new room till the late afternoon from someone else. And also the laundry says it's 2 50 and 3 dollars to wash clothes and it's $5 each. Staff was not friendly, but one lady was the only one that would help me out in the afternoons

Started off with the front desk gentleman giving us a room with people already in it. So embarrassing, thankfully no one was in the room at the time only their belongings. Then we got another room and the ac, shower, beds, floors were a horrible. Room felt super musty...

Overall my experience was terrible the lady at the front desk was kinda sleeping this was around midnight late check in, then the door card were not working well so I had to go downstairs again for another set, on top of everything the front desk got that Musky Indian smell
