Sleep, eat, work repeat 10/10

This was one of the most hospitable places I have been to in San Antonio. Scenery outside is ok not bad at all . the rooms are like tiny 1 bedroom apartments and much more spacious here than other hotels in the same pricing range. The complimentary breakfast each morning is on point and the ladies who work the rooms are all so very respectful and hard working. I won't name any names but thank you so much for keeping our rooms nice and clean while we stayed. Looking forward to coming back to experience the indoor pool and hot tub that's open 10am to 10pm. Thank you so much for all your hard work and effort to keep these rooms and hallways clear and sparkly. Best place yet in regards to cleanliness, hospitality, housekeeping, and breakfast 10/10 stars.

Initially started off ok however, there were wires sticking out of the pool with no circulation. If it hadn’t of been for my daughter’s father identifying the hazard we could have been electrocuted since my daughter was splashing in the pool. The front desk was downplaying our concerns. Did not try to compensate or rectify the issue. The last day of our trip the power went out, it was dark in the room, elevators were not working of course. The front desk at that time said they would help us with points to get another hotel near by however, when we called back the gentleman that answered said he didn’t know anything about it, refused to call the previous staff member, was unsympathetic and was not helpful at all.

One night stay

We were fairly pleased with our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. In particular, the lady who prepared breakfast made sure everything was clean and sufficient. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that surprised me was the noise from the street. Surprisingly, it didn't come from the Loop nearby but from the few cars that fed into it in the early morning. I believe it was due to the very large windows. We travel with masks and earplugs but I made the mistake of not wearing the earplugs that night. We will definitely stay there again.

Rooms and were clean a saw small roaches at the cafeteria, i told the person who was attending the breakfast and she just ignored it. The pool was not my favorite part at all, an indoor pool but no Ac it was more like a sauna.

Great stay!

Arrived at hotel with my family and was greated by the Receptionist, great customer service. He detailed everything from the pool to the complimentary breakfast they offer to clients. Rooms were nice and clean. Towels and extra towels were in the shower. Overall a great hotel to stay at.

I gave it such a low rating. Because I didn’t even stay there. I canceled my booking with them, not even 30 mins after I had booked. They wouldn’t refund my money back. They maid over 200 hundred dollars off me.
