The property is wonderful, but the staff is exceptional. Everyone was friendly and helpful right down to the housekeepers. A reflection on the emphasis on hiring quality people and investing in their training.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable. The fridge had an issue but was replaced immediately. The breakfast & take-a-break food were great. We lived the location. Loved that the windows opened up to the river walk. Would love to stay again.

I think they upgraded our room without telling us. We booked a fairly inexpensive room, but they gave us a 2 room suite. Hotel is right on the Riverwalk which is very convenient.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking garage is an experience as it’s an old building and pretty tight but ok if you go slow. Great location on the river. Windows could use a good cleaning on the outside. Room was clean and quiet. Will return!

The room was extremely expensive, 1508. It was so hot in the room despite putting air on 66. I ended up not sleeping because of the heat, stayed on another room, or stayed out because of the horrible room. I also now have a sinus infection because of the temp.

I liked that they moved the gate into the parking lot from the incline to before the incline . It was always hard to maneuver around the median on the incline.
