Convenience to shop on the River Walk, staff was very friendly, valet was outstanding, very clean property and overall a great place to stay. I will definitely be coming back if I have to stay near downtown.

Our room was always ‘damp’ and smelled of mildew. The base of the rooftop pool was in the room and you could hear water running 24/7. The valet fee was excessive $53/night and we had to wait on the car or for the parked cars in front of us to move from the valet area. The plus side to this hotel is the access to the river walk, however there are multiple other hotels along the walk we will explore for our next visit.

This hotel was the perfect home base for a quick trip to San Antonio. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed that the hotel was walkable to most of the sights- the Riverwalk was right out the back lobby door and made for lovely morning strolls. The rooftop hot tub and pool were also a big hit. Will stay here again if we travel back to San Antonio.
