The "walk-In" shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Suggest longer curtains or a slightly higher step over. As an elderly person, slippery floors are a huge danger. Also, the controls on the shower wall were not easy to figure out. Upon check out I asked for copy of form I was required to initial several times. I was denied quite rudely. "That is OUR form." When I persisted, I was presented with a blank form, not the one I signed. Upen entering the room, we noticed the telephone was completely inoperative, and the TV remote control would not control the volume of the TV. We contacted the front desk in person, since we couldn't call them on the non-functional phone, and eventually someone came with another remote. It would be great if your workers spoke English about 100 times better. They sometimes say things very fast with a thick accent, and I had to ask them to slow down and repeat numerous times. That is most frustrating. Beds were comfortable and the rest appeared clean. Please pay attention to the afore items.
