This executive home, located a quick 15 minutes from the airport in northeastern San Antonio, is perfect for golfers, military families, a fabulous family vacation, girls weekend or a romantic getaway.

The main floor features a large master bedroom that includes a king size bed, large walk in closet and full size bathroom, including two person Jacuzzi tub, large shower, private separate toilet room, and a his and hers vanity.

The family/great room backs on to the kitchen and features comfortable seating, a granite fireplace and a 60” Samsung LCD TV. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and an island perfect for serving up a family meal or appetizers with friends. The dining room includes a large dining table that seats eight comfortably.


This home includes three patios. One on the second floor which has a view of the golf course and is protected from the rain and sun, the second one is on the main floor off the great room, and provides seating and tables for eating and entertaining. The third patio is off the kitchen and is a smaller private patio offering early morning shade when the main patio is sunny. The main floor patio includes comfortable seating, gas Grill, patio table and chairs. This is a great place to enjoy your guests and to entertain.

The second floor includes a sitting area, two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, one with an extra single bed, a full bathroom and a beautiful balcony, a great place to grab your drink, sit back and relax!

For those little family members a new Pack-n-play and high chair is available. There is also a baby bathtub, stroller and toddler chair and toys

The home is located on the ninth hole of the Northern Hills Golf Club. One of the 18 hole golf courses in San Antonio, this affordable course provides a challenge to golfers at all levels. The club includes a driving range and putting green.

This home is very close to several local restaurants, shopping malls and other attractions. The famous River-walk and Alamo are only a 30 minute drive from the house and offer a great combination of dining, nightlife, historic sights and more. The San Marcos Outlets, one of the largest outlet malls in America are only 30 minutes away while The Forum, one of San Antonio’s most popular malls is a mere 10 minute drive from the house. Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon leaving set the garage remote on the kitchen counter, lock the patio doors, back door and front door from the inside and leave thru the garage. Press the garage keypad to close the garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everyone wants a clean grill to cook on. If you leave it un-cleaned; 25.00 fee applied Garage door opener not returned or lost, 50.00 fee applied
