We did not have a balcony. The beds were not big enuff for 2 average people they were very small. When asked do r better view I was told they didn’t have one.

This was a wonderful location along the river walk. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcome. They really tried to make your stay special. The only thing we didn’t like was that the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat and and also construction was going on and woke us up every morning.

Location is 10/10, service is 10/10. First time visiting San Antonio and the location to the Riverwalk is literally as you step out the door. Hotel was clean and the staff are all very friendly and nice. Room is roomy and bathroom was huge

Stunning Hotel!!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! The room was perfect and the staff was spectacular!!! Also, the location is right in the middle of the riverwalk! You literally walk across the street and you are in the riverwalk!
