Its obvious that the hotel is aging and an old property but they have remodeled and designed it well. There is only paid parking around the hotel, and valet is 40 per night that comes out of the security deposit so it wasnt a hassle having to pay thay up front or every day.

The pictures are not beautiful, but the location needs more than one upgrade. I gave it a low in cleanliness. Place was cleaned but looked dirty. The kind that you know it's been cleaned but it's so worn out it looks dirty. Toilet seat was wiggly. When showering water ran out and caused a puddle. If you want to sleep do not get a room by the pool. There were people out at the pool till 4:00 am, right under out window or the ice machine. This location sits perfect in downtown San Antonio. The cleaning solution used in the hallways smells amazing. I will say the detail to customer service was above average. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND. Customer service would be one of the reasons to go back.

The staff was nice and the hotel was in a convenient location within walking distance to the riverwalk and to some star locations. They offer valet parking with in and out access, which is nice, but there is plenty of parking (for a fee) surrounding the hotel. There is a restaurant bar and cafe on the first floor so you don’t have to go far if you don’t want to. The food and drinks especially were really yummy. The lattes were great! The property itself needs quite a bit of work. There were Leaky faucets, broken blinds, a fridge that didn’t really work well, and the shower took forever to get hot water. Everyone was nice though.

The hotel was decent but sleeping conditions were unbearable BCS the pillows were to big and the mattress was very firm and the weird thing was the mirror was facing towards the shower when you step out very limited space in the bathroom and no free breakfast and not very clean conditions and we parked across the street,same price as vala.The only good thing is hotel is close to the Riverwalk.whoever did the website did a amazing job on the layout but the hotel is nothing like the pictures.

La segunda el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y hacía mucho ruido.latercera habitacion el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido la estructura de las habitaciones estaban muy deterioradas la bañera estaba tapada. The property is beautiful in the lobby but once you get on the elevator it looks like a completely different hotel, similar to a motel 6. The room was subpar the bathroom was extremely small and there was orange residue all along the trim of the walls. The carpet definitely had an odor of mildew, unfortunately I will not be booking this place again. The amount of aesthetic they put into making the lobby look nice is the same amount they need to put into renovating the rooms themselves.
