An old, out of date hotel that plays it off as "historic". They play off as having service by sending out automatic emails to everything with no way to respond Calling them would get you immediately put on hold. Upon arriving they treated us to a 200 deposit which was not posted about at our time of purchase. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful. The room was aweful. First, the door would not lock unless the door was slammed shut first. The room smelled of mildew, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the rooms were either a furnace or freezer, no comfort spot. TV remote was dead, the fridge didn't start working until halfway through the stay. We found bugs throughout. The shower did not drain and would not turn off. The icing on this cake? After we left they billed us for for the minibar which we did not touch (we're old enough to know how much that is.) And when we called about it they mentioned I'd have to wait until after the weekend to talk to a manager and hung up on us. Just a rotten experience all around. Id give it a 0 if the reviews let me
