Guest Access:

You and your group will have complete privacy and access to the home! We have two kitchen cabinets and an upstairs hallway closet that we keep locked for supplies.



Easy Check-In Process 🏡

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! The Neighborhood:

Custom built in 2019, this home is located in a quiet neighborhood in downtown San Antonio. Our neighborhood has become a prime location to set up Airbnb's due to its proximity to downtown, the Riverwalk, and the Pearl Brewery area, which has seen amazing growth in recent years. You can get to popular locations, like the Pearl Brewery, San Pedro Park, The River Walk, the Alamo, the Alamodome, Frost Bank Center (formerly AT&T Center), and more in just a few minutes via Uber or Lyft. For your convenience, I have included driving times to popular San Antonio locations. Check the list below.

Getting Around:

We offer a one-car garage and the driveway can hold one more car, however, the garage is not suitable for wide cars/trucks. Please make sure you’re not blocking the driveway entrance for our neighbor or the center of the driveway. There is ample free street parking and a large well-let parking lot across the street. Uber/Lyfts are plentiful and you won't have trouble getting a ride anywhere.



Other Things to Note:

We share a driveway with our neighbor, so please be sure to only park either in the garage, on our side of the driveway (one car), or for free on the street. Please do not park any cars in the middle of the driveway.
