Stretching over 3 stories, the spacious Villa Albella is located in San Agustín in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. Boasting a sea view from the terraces, the house offers everything you desire for a relaxing holiday. The stunning 800 m2 property consists of 2 living rooms (one on the first floor and one on the 2nd floor), a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and access to the terrace) as well as 4 bathrooms (2 are en suite) and 3 additional toilets. The house can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a washing machine and a dryer. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. The house also offers endless relaxation and entertainment options and boasts a sauna, a gym, a ping pong table and a billiard table.
