Absolutely perfect

From check in to check out this property is superb! Clean, new, convenient location, and safe. I had a marvelous stay. Breakfast items were awesome as well! I appreciated the abundance of toppings available for oatmeal, the crustless quiche, fresh dairy items and REAL half and half available in carafes for coffee instead of those creamer cups usually found at hotels. I will definitely seek out a SpringHill Suites next time I'm in need of a hotel.

There was a white, hard piece of plastic in my son's muffin. I watched him spit it out. I cleaned it off and showed it to the front desk person. She did nothing. Didn't call anyone. Didn't talk to the breakfast attendant. Didn't pull the other muffins. Didn't apologize for providing a horrible experience serving poison-laced products. Literally just stood there till I walked away. Front desk called the room 3 minutes after checkout. Housekeeping was rude when they knocked 10 minutes after checkout. Nice hotels don't treat you this way, especially when traveling as a single dad with 2 kids. The bottom of our feet were black walking around barefoot on the room carpet. Bathroom door couldn't lock because the latch mechanism is misaligned. TV was very 'slow' responding to remote button pushes. Very frustrating trying to sign into Netflix. They claim the pool is heated but it's only heated by the sun. 'It reflects the outside temp'. Anyone else sick of marketing lies? I was mislead by the name brand of this hotel. They do not provide a typical Marriott experience.

I loved that the room was clean and in good condition. I also loved the free breakfast and the big selection to choose from. Everything was really good, especially the location so close to the freeway and places to shop & eat. The only thing that wasn’t great was my very loud neighbors who were knocking on each others doors at all hours of the night and had their tv on extra loud. They were just rude. I realize this isn’t a bad reflection on the hotel but it did have a negative impact on my 2 night stay and a feeling about whether or not I’ll stay there again. I’m all fairness, I didn’t complain to the front desk because I didn’t have the confidence that they would or could do anything about it.
