Safe secure hotel with lovely rooms that are beautifully decorated and supplied with all you need. They have spectacular views of the lake and access to lake via stairs. Highly recommend staying, much nicer than in Bariloche!

Um lugar incrível pra ficar em Barilóchi

O lugar é incrível, com uma vista espetacular. Os equipamentos precisam de manutenção e limpeza. Antes de identificarem a causa de um vazamento no andar de baixo já saíram nos "convocando" a trocar de apto em outro prédio. Gerente, ou dono, insinuou que poderiam entrar no apto. Depois identificaram a causa e não precisamos trocar de lugar, mas aí o encantamento com o lugar já tinha sido danificado. Foi uma invasão de privacidade desnecessária, gerando estresse em plenas férias. Uma pena a falta de manutenção preventiva e a falta de preparo dos gerentes. Incrível, mas eu voltaria a esse lugar.

Sensacional! O apartamento é maravilhoso, todos os detalhes bem pensados, tudo de muita qualidade, louças, toalhas novas, termostato quentinho (pegamos -10 graus). A piscina quentinha com vista linda…Vista perfeita do lago com as montanhas nevadas, foi incrível! A praia privada tem uma água clara que fica verde com o sol… tem um mercado há 15 minutos de caminhada que fizemos tranquilamente. Recomendo muito e voltaremos com certeza.

Estadia no paraiso

A vista do nosso duplex era cinematográfica. O layout do apartamento perfeito. O único incômodo foi o fato de não haver ar condicionado, estávamos no alto verão com dias batendo 30 Graus. As noites são bem frescas, mas não dá para deixar nenhuma porta ou janela aberta pois enche de bichos atraidos pela luz. (Preço a pagar por estar imerso na natureza)
