La cuisine, la salle à manger et la salle familiale avec une télévision connectée incurvée de 80 "et un canapé sectionnel au rez-de-chaussée ainsi qu'un patio surdimensionné avec une section extra large entourant un foyer au gaz, une table à manger pour 8 et un barbecue à gaz intégré.
Prenez les escaliers ou l'ascenseur jusqu'au 2e étage et la deuxiÚme salle familiale avec un téléviseur incurvé intelligent de 80 "avec des canapés modulaires pour votre plaisir. Il y a deux chambres au 2Úme étage avec salle de bain privée. le balcon de la famille a une vue exceptionnelle à 180 degrés ou la plage et la jetée.
Salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur et fer et planche à repasser.
Prenez à nouveau les escaliers ou l'ascenseur jusqu'à la retraite principale avec un espace de bureau privé pour deux. Une baignoire massive avec double vasque et douche, placards pour elle et lui. La chambre a une vue magnifique depuis le lit ou un trÚs grand balcon avec des siÚges pour 5 ou plus. Les vues durent éternellement. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de Smart TV de 50 "et de matelas Tempur Pedic.

The house was a great size for 8 people. On the sand but not directly on water . The walk to the boardwalk for restaurants was fabulous from the house . We thoroughly enjoyed the seating area outside , spent most of our time there relaxing after seeing sites 
definitely Uber wherever you want to go ! The beds were comfy and the 5 bathrooms were great for a large group . We were disappointed that there were no starters for the laundry or not more towels . Recommend at least 6 towels per bathroom . All tvs worked except the one in the back bedroom we could not get it to connect . The property manager sent all info at time of booking so we knew all the rules . Great place to stay if you want to be near the boardwalk and in uber distance of many Cali sights . Thanks for the Cali memories on the sand

Absolutely worst company/host I've ever dealt with my entire life ! Renter beware stay away from this bully/false advertising aggressive host you will regret it ! Home is beautiful so it's a shame but I wouldn't rent from this owner and company if it was free. No hot water , no internet , no to working , no maintenance calls after 5pm or help ? Lie and call me about missing keys etc after my stay just to charge me from my deposit I have no idea how these people are still in business ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

This was a last minute amazing find for a 5 day spring break trip w/our 3 tweens. Perfect location, super clean and plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. We just stepped out back to the sand and could walk to the ocean. 10 minute drive to balboa park, old town, and sea world. Definitely going back. Only takeaway, if you aren't familiar w/alley entry homes (we are) don't get an oversized sized car loved it!

We enjoyed most of our time at the beach. Being on the sand was great for the grandkids. Nice setup with a bathroom per bedroom. Property manager was very responsive to our inquiries. Guests need to know about the property being in a flight path. We had a few disruptive maintenance issues with a shower head that popped off requiring multiple plumbing visits. Despite "repairing" one of the toilets, the downstairs bath ran constantly during our stay. It was a pleasant week, but not sure if worth the price all considered.

Kitchen stocked with just about all the pots and pans etc that we needed. Location was perfect with great views from the second and third story balconies. We were far enough away from busy Belmont Park but close enough for an easy walk there if we wanted to shop, etc. We had the entire home to ourselves which was wonderful since we had two little ones in our group. Home was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay—the location is unbeatable, right on the beach and the boardwalk trail, which made it easy to enjoy the outdoors. The property management team was responsive and pleasant to work with, and the home itself had plenty of space for our large group. Having an ensuite bath in every bedroom was a wonderful convenience.That said, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience feel more seamless. The check‑in process was a bit cumbersome, requiring us to drive out of the way for keys and paperwork. Streamlining this with modern technology would really enhance the guest experience. We also noticed some maintenance needs, such as a light fixture not working, lukewarm water in the showers and kitchen sink, a few drainage issues, and a minor ant problem. Stocking basics like dishwasher soap and simple pantry items would also be helpful for guests. Additionally, the elevator was not accessible, which was challenging for our older family members.Overall, the home offered a lot of great features and we managed just fine, but with a few thoughtful updates and attention to detail, it could truly live up to a “luxury rental” description.

The location if the house is amazing. The outside patio area was really nice. The house is lovely. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc., were much appreciated. The kitchen is not stocked with anything except pots, pans, plates & utensils. No spices, oil, vinegar, etc. The salt & pepper shakers were empty.

The house was just as described. Large bedrooms with a lot of closet space. Could use suitcase stands as unloading suitcases from floor for my mother was difficult. She would not put it on the bed with warnings of hefty fines for dirt on bed although there were stains on pillow case & sheets, that came out with plain water. House finishes were updated well but a few more kitchen utensils could be added Two garages were huge and could probably fit two cars eachPatio was beautiful with a nice large sofa & a great umbrella that shaded most of the area. Nice gas fire pit & grill area with lightsOverall a very nice stay and would not hesitate to stay there again

Perfect spot for a family vacation!

This home was the perfect spot for an extended family vacation. Seven of us ranged in age from 13 to over 80. There was TONS of room, lots of bathrooms, comfortable beds, and lots of good space for us to gather to play games, eat, and lounge. The location at the far south end of Mission Beach meant that the crowds were a little smaller, giving us some really nice beach time. Farther up the peninsula had more of a party vibe, and that's not what we were looking for at all. The far south location also meant it was a little farther to walk to restaurants and grocery and a little bit longer to drive to other parts of the city, but that wasn't an issue for us.One thing I would mention to other renters is that there are a lot of steep, uncarpeted stairs (none of the bedrooms can be accessed without climbing a flight of stairs), so it is not a handicap accessible property. There is actually an elevator in the home, but it is understandably locked so renters cannot access it. My mom unfortunately hurt her hip shortly before our trip, so this was a bit of an issue for her having to walk up and down the super steep stairs all the time. But, she was able to tough it out, and the property was otherwise so lovely. We really enjoyed our vacation there.

Ideal beach side getaway for all ages

We stayed here with our family and friends with kids. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our mid winter break getaway - basking in the sun, playing in the sand, strolling along the beach trail, fun with volleyball and cozying up by the patio fireplace around sunset - we had an amazing time.Peter and his team were very responsive and accommodating. In short, this felt like a cost effective, short duration was like a Hawaiian kind of vacation

Fantastic accommodations

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The home is beautiful and we all had our own squires for showering and relaxation. Patio and second and third floor walk outs were used every day of the stay. Beach fun right outside the patio. Volleyball going on all day. We will definitely be back.

Perfect spot in South Mission

Four couples stayed in this beautiful property. It was great that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Access to the property was easy although we had to go offsite to get keys. The property manager was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible location

We couldn’t have found a better place for our extended family trip! With 9 of us, including kids, the property was spacious and comfortable for everyone. Each room was well-appointed, offering plenty of space and privacy, while the common areas were perfect for gathering together. The location was absolutely incredible—close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful, relaxing, with an incredible view. We all had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our vacation.

Great location all the amenities

Perfect place for a large family gathering. Very clean and comfortable and Had everything you could need for cooking and family fun on the beach. Bring ear plugs, planes are very loud starting at 6 a.m. could also use hand soap at kitchen sink and no laundry soap was procided.

Best House on Mission Beach

amazing host that was great with communication and accommodation the entire time. some small issues came up and Peter resolved those immediately. Very close to the beach and location is perfect for an outing with a big group. Highly recommend.

Great house in 5 star location

Great location and great house for our group of 8. Volleyball courts out in front of house and easy walk to beach. Working with Fabi in property management office was fantastic. South end of mission beach is beautiful and will definitely visit again.

Awesome Stay - Loved it!

We had a great time with our family here. House was very nice. Location great - right on the beach. Check in was great - she stayed an extra hour to wait for us because of traffic - super nice of her. We didn't want to leave to go to sea world, because the house was so nice and so was the beach. You can sit out on the porch and people watch - there was a lot going on but the public walking path ends before your patio so they don't look in your place - which is a plus! My family loved it here - will book again. Whoever complained about the airplanes has never lived in a city - this was so minimal. The only thing I would add is bring a bunch of towels - definitely not enough. Lots of shopping, restaurants nearby - tons to do and see. The place was clean and very nice.

Family beach vacation
