The place was clean and the hosts, Jennifer and Scott, were quick to respond to inquiries. The place is family-friendly and we enjoyed our stay. All in all, it was a nice place. On the downside, the designated car parking spot is very small and very difficult to get in and out of and hard to find a spot to park in the area. There was a slight delay in getting the access number codes to the building and condo, but maybe due to lack of access from my part to the VRBO website at that time but the hosts responded to my txt messages quickly. One suggestion is for the hosts is to include a single page of instructions inside the condo to include information such as WiFi access, lock number to the patio furniture, etc. Other suggestions maybe just plan on txting the door access numbers. Not a big deal. Little things to enhance guests experience. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank you for hosting us!. Nabil

Clean and comfortable place right off the bay. Plenty of beach gear, towels and blankets to keep us busy and comfortable. Convenient foot wash just outside the door for easy beach clean up. Plenty of hooks through out to hang swimsuits and towels up to dry. Great food a block or so away (Sara's Mexican and Capri's in particular). Just a short walk to the ocean to break up playing at the bay. The unit manual was helpful and communication was quick when we had questions.A few items to note: parking isn't easy, we have a large vehicle that didn't fit the parking spot which the property owner did communicate ahead of time, but we couldn't do anything about the size of our vehicle and street parking wasn't always easy to findthe master bathroom and specifically the shower are quite smallthere is a diesel generator right outside this unit that crews used one morning while we were thereparts of the bay were closed for high bacteria, but fortunately it wasn't the bay off this unit, I just didn't know that was potentially something that could happenI point these out just for information and full disclosure, I would most definitely book this place again. My family thoroughly enjoy our stay here, thank you.

Spring Break Getaway

Great location. Pretty quiet. Loved seeing the sand and water each morning! Easy walk to the ocean and Belmont Park. Communication was prompt and friendly, with property managers. Very easy checkin and checkout processes. Only negative was the carpet and upholstery could use a deep clean. Overall, it was a great experience!

Awesome location

Condo was a perfect size and met all my expectations. If I had to find any issues, the parking spot did not accommodate our SUV because it was extremely tight. Parking was not too bad so it worked out. I would easily stay here again.

Location

The location of this condo is great. Close to the ocean and Mission boardwalk. It is also close to many of the places we wanted to visit. Its proximity to the airport is great unless you want to sleep before 11:30 PM. The airport rule is no flights between 11:30 PM - 6:30 AM. My husband was able to sleep through the plane noise, but I was not.

Great location

We loved this location right on bay. Saw seabirds and occasionally dolphins. Not as windy as on Mission Beach. Mornings were wonderful on patio in January. Great walking. Only about 3 blocks from ocean. Parking spot was too tight for us but found overnight parking about 6 blocks away. Not as spacious as we thought from pictures but plenty big enough for us

We enjoyed the stay very much! There’re a few little cons: The view from the patio is to a very big generator that blocks the front view of the beach. There’s a faint sewer smell on the patio. The mattresses in kids bedroom are made of thin spont and very uncomfortable. Apart from that everything was perfect!

Not Family Friendly

This place is not family friendly. The deadbolt had been removed from the front door, so our toddler was easily able to open the door. We booked a 2-bedroom condo so that he could have his own room, but the fear of him walking out of the condo prevented us from being able to use the 2nd room. The bathtub did not include a drain stop, so we were unable to give him a bath. The management company was responsive to our requests, but it took 5 of our 7-day trip to resolve the issue with the front door. Family friendly to the management company meant they provided 2 sets of kid’s tableware (plate, bowl, cups, and plasticware) and sand toys that had seen better days. Also, after booking the property, the management company will request a copy of your ID and it will appear to be mandatory but call their bluff. If providing an ID is a requirement it should be included in their listing prior to booking. VRBO was not helpful when I reached out to them for assistance with this issue.

Great place, location, and communication

Property as described. Extremely easy checkin and out. Great communication with hosts. Well stocked kitchen. All the baby stuff there was an added bonus. Parking is very tight but appreciated the assigned spot as street parking almost non-existent. We did get minivan in spot but takes some work.

Great location and cozy

This place is great! We were only able to stay at the condo for one night, but definitely would’ve loved to stay another night. It was very clean and well kept. The beach is literally steps away and it was nice seeing people walking by. Parking can be a bit tricky if traveling in more than 1 car, but as long as you’re ok with walking a couple of blocks to the overnight parking it’s not bad. Definitely would book again.
