Great option for a quick and affordable stay. You are getting what you are paying for, however, breakfast and parking are a bonus part. Breakfast was good, standard food offered. The mango water and chocolate muffin were super yummy. Parking is very convenient and outdoors around the corner from hotel. It is in prime location about two streets from 5th ave (all the clubs and eatery). Lobby staff were very helpful and caring! Room layout was a bit weird (sink was outside the bathroom). The rooms were clean but they do feel a bit outdated. There is a mini fridge available to keep drinks cold! Beds are a double so you can fit two people if y'all cuddle lol

Staff was as always very friendly. Somewhat noisy neighborhood, but half expected (Gaslight Downtown). Exhaust fan in bathroom was noisy a lot because its cover was vibrating, and a couple of floor tiles or boards were buckling a bit. Overall an OK hotel, better than the nearby Pali Hotel I stayed in last year.

I went for the Chris Brown concert. This hotel was an 8 minute walk fromthe Petco Park venue. I paid $50 to park my car in the hotel lot overnight. Breakfast was included which had many options and was tasty. The location was pn point and it was very affordable compared to some of the other hotels in the Gaslamp area. The staff was very polite and helpful. I booked a room with a king sized bed. It slept me, my daughter and my 10 year old grandson. There's nightlife and many dining options in the area. Everything is walkable and safe. A few homeless people were sleeping in unoccupied building exits to get out of the rain. Let's be realistic, it's California. The unhoused are everywhere. They weren't disturbing anyone. A young lady took her umbrella and covered a man who was asleep in the cut. It's nice to see there's still some humanity out there. Book this hotel. It's doable if you're on a budget and want a decent experience.
