The room was clean, the breakfast lacks variety but still delicious. Housekeeping staff was very sweet, and maintenance too! We were surprised with lots of rain during our visit and maintenance made sure to have mats out for our safety. I wish I would of got the man’s name but he made sure we didn’t slip and we’re safe ❤️ we plan to return for the summer, great location and everything is only about an 8min drive zero traffic. I miss San Diego so much , I can’t wait to go back and visit. our entire family will be joining us next trip and we will all be staying here ❤️

First time staying here at The Crowne and it was great! Room super spacious and a separate vanity area was a perk! We had a lovely view from the balcony and the bed was perfect! The staff was polite and helpful. Hotel is in a prime location near eateries and the mall. Definitely coming back!

I like this hotel and will go back. It’s big and location is convenient. It is dated and the hot tub was not hot. But I really enjoyed my stay and the staff and customer service was exceptional.

Room was clean but dated. Breakfast was okay. No one was at the host stand for several minutes. Not enough servers for the amount of people there. Took way to long to get coffee, water and especially coffee refills. The carafe left at the table only held 2.5 cups?

The stay was great very accommodating. Price was right. Great stay - however in the parking lot out front as leaving I had some wacko try to get in my truck windows down)- telling me all kinds of crazy things getting angry I wasn’t welcoming him in. stay alert.
