Came here as a family of 4. Ill start off by saying the parking lot is terribly made! Very tight. And the parking lot elevator, slow, squeezy, you hear cracking as it moves. I think the elevator is older than my grandma! Check in was super easy and fast. Now the rooms, disgusting, super runned down, carpet it torn everywhere, damaged walls, the bathtub was rusty. I felt nasty staying there. Never again. Not family friendly at all.

STAY AWAY. We were a bit early for our check in and had to come back. I confirmed with the man at the desk the room type we had and made sure that our room would not be given away. He assured me he made notes on the account and our room would be there when we came back that evening. When we arrived later one of the desk clerks asked if I wanted a room with bunkbeds and I said no because we were traveling with adult sons who would not fit in the bunkbeds.She said they were overbooked and it was fine. We could have the room that we had originally asked for. We went up to the room and lo and behold it had bunkbeds in it. We were tired so we decided just to make it work. But after a few minutes realized that Our room was on the backside of the elevators. The walls shook, and we heard rumbles every time the elevators went up or down. All night long. It was the worst night sleep we ever got. I texted the front desk after 30 minutes to tell them that we had not only the wrong room with the bunkbeds, but that the noise from the elevator was terrible. I received a text back that said they could offer me earplugs.I went down to the front desk to discuss the matter because I was livid at the response. They couldn’t move us because no space but promised to make it right. They never did. A few points to our Hilton account does not make up for the noise, the bunk beds we didn’t ask for and the broken promises. Horrible, horrible customer service and terrible room.

Leaf blower as a 7 am wake up call on Saturday

Staff was nice but on Saturday morning some bozo with a leaf blower out in the pool area made so much noise It woke me up. That alone was enough to take my rating from a 4 star to a 1 star review. Never heard from the manager after I complained.

You DON’T get what you pay for

Pool closed, fridge didn’t work, ice machine was broken, no plug for the tub, door could not lock properly, maid walk in because of lock not working. But the worst was the maintenance guy WOULD NOT LEAVE till I tipped him. For cost of hotel and $33.00 a night for parking, I expected better. The ONLY thing good about the stay was all the front desk people were amazing. Top notch.
