The location was excellent. There are so many things in walking distance, including a Club Pilates, which was so amazing because I was able to maintain my routine, even out of state. Tons of food and coffee all around. I highly recommend Nics. I think we ate there every day! Whole Foods wasn't too far and Ralphs Grocery (new to me) had a decent supply of organic fruits/veggies. The upstairs bedroom views were AMAZING. Waking up to the bay every morning was a dream, especially for this gal from a land-locked state. However, for the price point, I would say this place needed a fresh coat of paint; the walls were scraped up pretty good on the stairs and throughout you could see areas that were "touched-up." The patio doors from the dining area were busted up and unable to be opened. I like to wash bedding before I sleep in it and was pretty disgusted at the washer. It had built up gunk on it that really needed addressed. But overall, it was a beautiful property and I would definitely stay there again if the washer was cleaned.
