Kudos to maintainece! Our thermostat wasn't working. We froze the 1st night. We called and asked to have someone fix it & when we got back to our room later, it was nice & toasty.b Thank you! The tp attached to the wall was hard to get to. A towel bar in the bathroom would have been really helpful. I think ALL the windows on the whole building need to be cleaned, could hardly see out of them.

Needs a remodel or some work into the quality of the rooms. Bathroom door didn't close properly or lock. Air vent almost falling off. Dirty windows. Have to pay for parking which seems a bit ridiculous. Booked "City view" but got the back of the hotel viewing a mountain with graffiti all over the wall. Pillows were rock hard. I'm trying to think of one good thing but can't think of a single one

The room was nice, the food and drink service was good and I enjoyed the services. The elevators need some work. Only two were functional for three days of my stay and for a hotel with 14 floors that was not efficient or comfortable.
