Food at polanco was pretty good. 8/10 The air condition felt like it wasn’t working throughout the hotel. First day, the room seemed kind of outdated. Toilet wasn’t flushing, ac wasn’t working well, and the stopper in the sink got stuck. With a little help of maintenance issues were resolved. Tv remote wasn’t working well but didn’t watch too much tv so left it as is. Service text was convenient but when I texted about the Ac, they said they would come check and never did

Staff was friendly. Everything in the common areas was clean and in good condition. Our room had a few issues that I made aware to the front desk, they said they would report it to maintenance. The issues were that the shower door wouldn’t close all the way, and so water would drip onto the floor (which made me a little nervous about slipping and falling), the bathroom light would flicker randomly (or just turn off). I also suggested they add more places to charge devices. There were two USB ports in the room but only one worked.
