Did not receive registration link for self check in until I called. Room was not clean upon check in (bed not made, garbage in room, used towels on the floor) however, after calling a second time I was quickly upgraded to a bigger room at no charge. Customer service was friendly and efficient. Would stay again.
The room was tiny. No toilet or shower. Had to use a communal bathroom. There is not a person at thw front desk after 4pm. Thw codes to the room doors and the front door stopped working multiple times. You cant use the fireplace outside without hotel staff assistance and there isn't anyone there after 4pm. The walls are super thin as well. Great location, decent pricing and cute place but you're basically on your own.
Great hotel and staff and location !!! In Little Italy , walkable to the harbor area !!! A little different not having a bathroom in our room, but easily adjusted to that !
The places is really pretty! The staff is so nice too! The only think id say itâs that in the morning the codes and people coming in or out from the hotel are loud! Wañls are not that thick but other than that it is nice place!!
The room, bathroom, and common areas were clean and very nice. Staff was friendly throughout our stay. We were unaware about the communal bathroom situation, which was a disappointment. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
Very classy establishment. As I told a friend, a little romantic. Nice decor, great location, very safe and secure. Check in and getting codes not as easy as promised, but the service when contacted was exceptional.
The front desk gentleman was very nice and gave me a bottle
Of wine when i said I was going to walk to get one. Also offered me two glasses.
The hotel was nice and room clean but the noise was too much and no parking was terrible. But I did enjoy the cute front patio.
Parking was a Huge deal i had to park on a side street and it was a 10 min walk to the hotel. Pay parking in the area is $12.50 an Hr. NO long term parking
The check in may be great for the younger people who do everything on their phone, but for me it was a pain in the butt after a day of flying.
NOW that being said once i got in I loved the room. the staff was great had a wonderful undersatnding attitude and was understanding of the above mentioned. She had great suggestion for "things to do / see" in the arae.
The ocean front is fun Maritime Museum / Midway / Food everything was Great.
I would stay again !!
there were no outlets in the bathroom, no wash cloths, I saw 2 mice on the patio, the recommended parking does not allow over night parking, my ceiling fan/light did not work, and my sheets and towels had blond hair all over them (I'm brunette) I won't be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.
The booking process was simple. However, he called back two times to change our reservation date and never received confirmation email.
That left us, unsure if it was processed correctly, we had to call back and still have not received confirmation
Clean and comfy room. Very quiet. Its like an upscale Hostel. Just need staff or to talk with someone right away. You'd have to text, and they take a some time to reply. Also there weren't any face rags. Not everyone don't use face towels. My main concern was. Check in was 4pm check-out is 10am. Thats 2hrs taking away.
Thank you for being Welcoming, and ease of communication to check-in. The room was great and loved the interior design of the room, the coffee machine was a lovely touch, but ran out of creamer.
The hotel itself is very nice. Some rooms have shared bathrooms while others have their own bathrooms. I stayed in the 2 bedroom which had 2 full private baths. The entrance for the room is a little strange since itâs in the side of the hotel almost feels like a small walkway/alleyway. It was all self check in and remote, but the number they say to reach out in is very quick to respond to any questions. Now to the room itself, right when you enter there is a small doorway then to the right is the first room which has a twin bed and bath. Everything was clean and they provided shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Plus towels. Another factor to note is only the town room has a door. The room with the king bed does not have a door at all except in the bathroom. Also the living room which has a couch and tv is in the larger room. Also the mini fridge is in there. Since itâs on the bottom floor you can hear all the noise from the floor above. Itâs not too bad but you can definitely hear it. The room doesnât let any natural light in so you donât really know what time it is or how the weather is outside. I didnât mind it cause to sleep it definitely helped having it completely dark in there. The stay was nice , not your typical hotel but still enjoyed it. Also the walk to all the shops & food is only a couple mins since itâs right by little Italy. Also for Parking there is none but I used spot hero ( itâs an app) and found parking nearby for fairly cheap in a parking garage.
