Staff was super friendly. Room not up to my standards for cleanliness, slow drain in the sink and just a trickle for water pressure in the shower. but I it wasn't enough to make me change rooms. No parking, had to pay a fortune at a pay lot because our minivan did not fit in the underground parking. So, there were issues. But the longer we stayed, the more I didn't notice so much. We were right in the heart of Little Italy and it was fantastic!

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. Step outside and you’re in the heart of Little Italy and all it has to offer! As nice as this boutique hotel is the real treat was the friendly staff. Lindsey in particular made our stay a wonderful experience.
