The perfect peaceful retreat for my family, an absolute paradise!
Jennyâs place was the perfect peaceful retreat for my familyâan absolute paradise! This house had everything we could have possibly asked forâa giant saltwater pool and jacuzzi, tennis court, ping pong table, screen golf , screen game&movie, a huge trampoline, darts, a putting green, a bunk bed, a widescreen TV with reclining leather seats, Alexa, and a fire pit! I could go on and on! As a parent of two school-aged kids, I was thankful to be at a place where my kids were excited to play outdoors and chose to explore the property instead of sitting behind their screens all day! Plus, we felt safe knowing that we had the whole area to ourselves. That feeling of comfort and security, particularly during the pandemic, was invaluable. My whole family especially had a great time relaxing in the saltwater poolâit was so clean and didnât have the smell or sting of a regular chlorine poolâSo wonderful!! The location is ideal, too, being next to lots of eateries and just a quick drive to the beach (so even our dog got a mini vacation at the Del Mar Dog Beach!). The owners were very kindâthey even welcomed us with goodies to make sâmores in the fire pit and were flexible with the checkout time so that the kids could play in the pool one last time without having to rush out. We canât thank them enough for such a magical weekend. We hope to be back soon!!!
