Host was outstanding and ensured the property had everything needed for a wonderful stay. Located in East Village, the property is close to everything in the downtown area. It is a 10-15 min walk to Petco Park and 20 mins to the convention center and seaport area. We had a car so the garage was a nice option. There was plenty of space and comfortable beds all around. I would definitely stay here again!

The home was large with plenty of amenities. Favorites: large kitchen, dining, living room, separate bedrooms, garage, balcony with fire pit. Dislikes: Smell of ammonia on entry level, stained bedroom carpet, slight smell of dog, welcome wine bottle was already open and undrinkable, living room fireplace would not stay lit regardless of the amount of fuel added, homeless in the area.

Pre thanksgiving visit with family

Stayed 2 nights, everything as advertised. Was great to have garage parking. Location very central to SD spots of interest. Kudos to the hosts, who gave us early (3pm) checkin, which made it way less stressful to attend a 5pm play at Old Globe theater. Nice little welcome snacks and felt communication with hosts was easy for any eventuality. Would stay again!

Modern Interior design

Great stay if you have bar hopping plans in gaslamp. House was great. They have couple board games you can play. Also great that you get one parking spot. The host responds super fast. Loved staying here with my spouse and friends.

Great stay in San Diego

Great spot for walking to Gaslamp District and close to everything. Kitchen was well stocked with everything for big family dinners. Street noise is loud - but we knew this advance and had ear plugs for the night. Could use a deep clean of couches, but otherwise just a few spots missed by the cleaning crew. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Owner and rental company had great communication and check in and out were very easy, I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location in Downtown near Petco

We booked this unit last minute for 2 Padres playoff games and it was perfect location. 5 adults shared the space comfortably. Property manager was very responsive to minor issues with dead batteries in remotes. House was well stoked and easy to come and go.

Cool, modern loft apartment

This property is pretty cool. Plenty of beds and space for our family of four. It has a modern vibe with really nice features like a lit patio, fireplace, bathrooms on all three levels, a loft space and cool light fixtures. The owner was very responsive and courteous. Ready for anything we needed and prompt to respond. A couple tips and info to be aware of: The property gets quite bright when the sun comes up. The loft area has two beds (all beds were very confortable) and way up high in the ceiling are small windows that let in a lot of natural light. I'd recommend eye covers for sleep. I brought some and the light was no problem. The apartment comes with an attached garage. It was very convenient to have. However, it is important to note that the garage is very small. Our suv (a Hyundai Palisade) just fit and it was very tricky to get in and out. If you have anything larger, you will need to park on the street or paid parking around the block. The neighborhood had pluses and minuses. If you want to be close to Petco park and the bars that surround it...this is perfect. You are a five minute walk to the ballpark. You head South and with my small kids I would say that was a safe walk and easy. However, all the directions that weren't dead South to Petco were not great for walking around. It was mostly homeless people camped in tents along the sidewalk and it was pretty sad to see and sometimes hard to maneuver around. So we walked South or we drove to landmarks. The apartment is a very short and easy drive to Coronado Island, USS Midway and the marina, and Balboa Park and the Zoo.

Perfect location! Walked to Seaport Village and Balboa Park. Great restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommend the Ramon restaurant around the corner.

Overall the property worked for our group. Adam/Sean were great to communicate with throughout our stay. They were accommodating of our group and we enjoyed our trip. The property could use a little TLC - It is very obviously a rental that is turned frequently. The location is great for walking to restaurants, coffee shops, etc.; however the Salvation Army is a block and a half away so the homeless population near the property was very high. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality.

New York Style Stay

The property was amazing and looks just as amazing as it does in the pictures. Upon check in, everything was clean. The owner kept in constant communication whenever I had any questions and really was helpful. This place is in a good location in downtown so it is pretty close to many restaurants and such. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you !
