Getting in and out of our place was difficult. Codes they gave us, did not always work. Couldn't get the garage code when some of the family left with the garage door opener, can't do laundry if you can't get in the garage! Location of washer and dryer was very difficult to get to and the machines were filthy.
We are TV watchers' and the TV's weren't working when we got there. Tried to call on Sat. evening and got a message with a number to call. Tried the number, was told the mailbox was full and click. We finally got the TV fixed on Tuesday after 5 different techs showed up! We lost a major part of the day waiting for people to come and go.
The light in the entry way never worked. Going up the stairs at night was very difficult. They were notified on Saturday and a number more times during our stay.. On Friday, a tech showed up, couldn't get it fixed, but put in a light that was movement activated.
Please don't get me wrong, the location was wonderful and our grandchildren loved it. As a senior citizen, I didn't appreciate all the time spent waiting to get things fixed.
I am still waiting for someone to tell me what kind of credit refund we are getting!
