Location!!! Location!! House was perfect and was a great landing pad with large group in town. They had everything needed to make for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Hot tub was a huge bonus and the fact that it was very clean. Having a parking spot and the ability to walk to most places was key. I would rent again!

Property is located right on the boardwalk with full beach view. The location is perfect, as it is a bit less busy than the beach up north, and down south.

Perfect Place to Stay

Great property with all the things you would want for a relaxing vacation. We have been to Mission Beach many times and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed in. We will be back for sure in the future.

10/10 stay all around. Hosts were always kind and responsive! Can't say enough good things about the property itself. The kitchen was fully stocked plus some, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was of course beautiful. Every amenity was present and operated as expected. We would 1,000% stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful hosts! Quick to respond with any questions. Stunning, comfortable space with amazing views. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was the best! Awesome place

Property is just like the pictures. Master and living room face the beach and falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean is so relaxing. Excellent people watching or just step out the gate and become one of them. Hot tub is perfect for warming back up after a dip in the ocean.

Fabulous property

Property is fabulous. Perfect location on the boardwalk. Interior is clean and updated. Only things I found we needed that weren't available is a lock on the master bedroom door and a thermometer for the barbecue. The boogie boards need to be replaced as they are falling apart, but still got the job done and we had tons of fun. Property managers were very responsive and excellent to work with. Each TV Remote needs to be labeled as they are all identical but we eventually figured it out. The carport is super narrow and requires cautious attention when driving a minivan. Overall, loved it, and would certainly return.

Great Spring Breast Vacay

We had a great vacation on the beach. Location was perfect for beach time. Hot tub was convenient with the chilly San Diego weather. House was well stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils, pots/pans etc. As well as bathrooms. Only issue we had was the firepit on the patio wouldn't work with the wind and we were unable to adjust it to a higher flame which would have been nice to sit on the patio at night with the chilly temps. Response time from the owner was quick and was offered suggestions. Overall, we had a great time and the house worked out great!

Amazing Beach Front Property

Location! Location! Location! This place really had it all, the massive outdoor space is where we spent the majority of our time. The hot tub on cooler days, on the couch by the fire at night, meals on the large outdoor table, it couldn't have been any more perfect. For the time we did spend inside, the house was spectacular. Modern finishes, open floorplan, very clean, plenty of room for our large family to not feel like we're on top of each other. The master bedroom was a perfect size and the master bath was large and gorgeous. Even the parking was ideal, we have a large SUV, Ford Expedition Max, and while it was a bit snug it still fit well with plenty of room for an additional smaller car to park in tandem. Aside from the perfection of house an property in general the location was everything!! Walking distance to restaurants, stores, and anything else you could need, while also being directly on the beach. We can't wait to book this same place again next year for our family vacation.

Very nice oceanfront condo

Very nice oceanfront condo. The patio butted up to the boardwalk, so with the shades up there was a constant flow of walkers and runners looking in. If you don't want to be on view in a fish bowl, this is not your place (unless you keep the shades down but then miss the panoramic view). Had a 4 door accordion slider; we opened it up to hear the ocean, breathe the salt air and share our own bluetooth speaker tunes with passersby (while respecting the upstairs neighbors). Kitchen was well equipped; we made a big breakfast, grilled chicken and baked some brownies. Our big kids tried boogie boarding, relaxed in the hot tub, and we all played card games (brought our own) at the large kitchen table. The 2 back bedrooms felt a little small, and overall it's not a huge condo. But roomy enough for our 5, plus 2 local day visitors. Everything is about a 20 min drive around SD, so we took in the zoo, USS Midway, golf and indoor rock climbing too. Go to Scuderie Italia - delicioso!

Want hit water?

We could barely fit our suburban into the tandem spot. I had to flag husband in and out so as to not hit the fence, pipe or guard post. Small cars would be fine. We could only go partway in and he could barely squeeze out of the car. I had to get out before and guide him in. We had asked before booking if a suburban would fit and were told yes. Then our hot water went out. Had to attend two dinners and meetings without showers. Cold dunks. The mgt person was prompt and great. Said he tried the GFI reset but could not get it to reset. Told us no plumber they work with was available until the next day. Plumber can as we were leaving. He said that his name is on the heater. He was not busy the night before. He lives three blocks away. Said owners will not replace it. He has told them it needs it. It sits outside. Rusted. He reset the GFI. In five minutes. We had to leave for the day. The place was pretty clean. Water marks on walls in bathrooms. Could use better less slippery bath mats. Nice refillable shampoos etc. kitchen well stocked. Wonderful location.

Beautiful home, Noisy neighborhood

This stay said it was in a quiet place, but we had packs of kids at 1 and 2 am keeping us awake. The hot tub had issues for 3 days and there was an outside door that opened to a public street from a child's bedroom that we couldn't get to lock. We came home 2 times to the doors wide open to the street. Maintenance fixed it on day 2. Other than those things the space was great and had nice amenities.
