A lovely beach cottage in pacific beach. Recently renovated with high end amenities, carefully landscaped back and front yard, spacious deck, fire pit, and grill. All rooms have newest model mini split ACs, you can set the desired temperature. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes away from the Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd with lots of bars, restaurants and night life. It is yet in a residential area, away from the noise, specially with all the new double pane windows.

Comfortable Stay in PB.

The check-in process was easy and the house was clean and welcoming. There is an excellent washer and dryer plus lots of beach supplies in the garage. The house is a quick walk to the beach and lots of places to eat and drink are nearby.

Close to everything!

Not as good as last time

We stayed at this property a number of years ago and we're happy with place. This time not so much. The front door wouldn't lock so we we're told to use the back which was broken and wouldn't lock. We didn't feel safe knowing the house wasn't secure. The place was dirty. I don't think the floors have been mopped for a very long time.

Perfect location for a home base

Perfect location for Pacific Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting our son who attends UCSD. We wanted to spend some time enjoying the beach and this was a great location for that. Host provided beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards for this purpose. The house is on the older side but the kitchen was remodeled and quite nice. We enjoyed the back deck with plenty of shade! prand

We keep coming back here! The location is perfect and it’s a great size place for our family of four. Marty is always courteous and easy to reach. The place is always clean and in great shape. Having a parking space is a huge plus as well.

We had a family of 6 and the home was in a great location very close to everything! It most of the things we needed and had to be careful of loose tiles on front steps. Very safe for our young kids as well. We would stay here again.

Amazing cute little house!!!

We absolutely loved the house ! It was clean, remodeled home ,good parking and in the perfect location we could walk or ride bikes everywhere.. I really loved the beautiful yard ,and deck with a fire pit .

Great location

Property exceeded expectations. While an older house, it was nicely renovated and clean. Location was great. Right around the corner from bars, restaurants and a short walk to the water. A couple tricks that go along with an older home (lock to the back door), however the informational notebook that was provided addressed all our questions. Enjoyed our time and would stay there again.
