From the time we valet our vehicle to the front desk manager to the room service and housekeeping all staff was wonderful, courteous professional friendly and all of the above. Our rooms were very clean and decorated, spacious. Our guest totally was please satisfied with every aspect of the hotel also going up to the lounge. The views were just totally extra extraordinary. The front desk manager told us that there was anything that we needed to be sure to contact her or anyone on her staff. I celebrated my 75th birthday at the hotel. And was sent a bottle of champagne and chocolate drip strawberries and I’d like to just say thank you for a wonderful Night at the hotel Marriott

This is a terrific location, especially for anything going on at Petco or the Convention centre. Just a few steps to the Gaslamp district. However….. the room was dated. An old TV with no streaming options, no robes, no safe, no refrigerator, no wine glasses, 3 creamers for four cups worth of coffee and worst of all a terrible old shower head that barely gets you wet in a bathtub with a shower curtain. $350 a night and $65 a day for parking. You can do better.
