We did not have internet or TV for 2 days. I'm not sure why the property manager waited almost one full day before calling tech support to come look at it. I was also told the company manger was going to call me about this but never did. The kitchen was not stocked at all. I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and never once didn't have at least salt and pepper.

Beach Front Getaway

The unit is at a corner location with off street parking (a real bonus!). The living spaces are nice and comfortable and the patio has ample seating with a fire pit. The 2 bedrooms are set up more for a family and we had 2 couples so one room had cramped quarters. Overall nice place to stay.

This property was great! Could not ask for a better location and the house was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. We so enjoyed the patio with the seating and fire pit, which we used every night. We would love to go back!

Beach front and fabulous

We have stayed here twice and loved it both times. The outside of the building is starting to need some upkeep as the right on the beach salt breeze is very destructive, but the condo itself has been well maintained. Having the parking spot is a huge bonus. Our kids love the bunk bed plus full sized bed configuration and it works well for our family. The location is perfect. Right on the beach. Amazing patio. Perfect distance to the Belmont Park area. The vibe in this part of the beach is laid back and very family friendly. It is quiet at night and early in the morning with tons of activities for kids within a 2 block walk. We will stay here again. Only issue was I could not find a broom until the last day and we kept tracking in sand
. Pro tip: there is a broom by the fridge!

Great view

This property is a perfect house for your family. Right on the beach and easy to get in and out of. Very clean when we got there and it was easy to get a hold of someone if you needed something. Overall a great experience. We will rent this house again for sure!

Ocean Front

If you want to be where the beach action is, this is your place. The boardwalk is very lively with walkers, bicyclists etc. The ocean is within steps of the condo. Great for watching sunsets and dolphins. This condo is close to everything San Diego has to offer including Belmont Park, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and Old Town. We had a great stay.

Great location but HOA rules not in listing

NOTE: strict HOA rules state NO MUSIC PROPERTY. If you pictured yourself relaxing on the beach front patio enjoying some tunes this is not the place. This absolutely should be made transparent in the unit description Master bed is incredibly soft. Tons of dishes were dirty and had to be washed before use. Otherwise the place was clean. Location and patio are amazing as long as you don’t want to play music.

Beautiful condo, sleeping to the sound of the ocean waves !!!!

My husband and I wanted to get away to San Diego last minute and booked this condo. I’m hesitant about booking online unless I have personal references of someone else staying there but I was pleasantly impressed with the beachfront-boardwalk condo. We loved the outside patio, sitting by the fire pit in the morning drinking our coffee and listening to the sound of the ocean waves. What more could you ask for ! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was supplied with all the necessary equipment you would need if you were eating in. It was close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan on staying here on my next visit to San Diego.

Fabulous location

This location is amazing the deck is wonderful. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, coffee maker, kettle everything we needed. The big couch is comfortable the wifi adequate, tv had lots of channels. The property is in need of some upkeep, the walls look dirty and really need a fresh coat of paint, the fabric covered furniture needs cleaning they are filthy. Beds are comfortable and clean, the closet space in 2nd bedroom is pretty much unusable as the closet doors make it completely unusable drawers can’t open. Shower in master suite is very difficult to turn on. The dryer doesn’t work it needs to have the venting cleaned out, it heats and turns but takes about 6 hours to dry a load. This had been reported before and yet not fixed when we were there. The windows facing the ocean and all the glass railings were filthy, we did try cleaning some so we could see the beautiful view but cleaning supplies were very limited. Location was so great. Management company was great work with and prompt to help

Location is perfect

Great spot for pre-teens/ family vacation. I loved the beach and water views and traffic of the boardwalk. Perfect place to take your kids because of the waking distance to all the fun stuff. Belmont Park is awesome with its rides, go- karts, escape room and Arcade. Perfect location and great views.

Great Property location, plenty of room for family of four

We really enjoyed this property, its location and amenities. It fit our family well with the location on Mission Beach and access to beach, local businesses and San Diego sites. The patio was very roomy, easily able to hold 8 or more people. Unfortunately we experienced some unexpected cleanliness issues upon arrival and the last day of the stay. We had an ant invasion in the cabinet pantry in our food. Not just a few but a whole army. Additionally the shower curtain the main bathroom was quite moldy and the Dryer, even with the lint trap cleaned, was not able to dry loads within 2 hours. Lastly I get its late in the season, but the beach chairs were all ripped and there was no propane to use the firepit (all four tanks where empty on arrival).

Convenient Location, Great View and Layout

My wife and two teenage children visited San Diego during Fall Break and stayed in this property. We found the location to be very accessible, with all of the attractions and places we wanted to visit being a short distance away. The room layout worked well for our family and we found the unit to be clean at our time of arrival. We did have an issue with the washer/dryer not working which the management company addressed on a timely basis. This property is located directly next to the board walk, while this is convenient and great for "people watching," we did find not being able to lock the screen and glass doors a little concerning. The parking area is a little tight (as described in other reviews), but we were able to park a mini van in the driveway area. Overall we were pleased and would stay in this property again.

Best Mission Beach experience I’ve had

I have been staying in MB and PB for years. I’ve had some decent stays and some okay stays. I brought my 2 adult children with me on this trip. It was the best overall experience I’ve ever had. Here are the good that you don’t always get other places: Easy check in. Easy access from the street and beach. Amazing views. Awesome patio area. Pretty quiet area for being on the boardwalk. Walking distance to Belmont Park. 2 parking spots, 1 of them enclosed. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of beach supplies in the garage. We had friends visit a couple of times and there was plenty of room in the patio area. We will be back!

This is the perfect location if you love the beach. Great food and shops within walking distance and 15-20 from pretty much anywhere in town. The condo was lovely and just as described. We would love to stay again.

Best trip yet!

The property is super nice and in an excellent location on the Mission Beach boardwalk. The property management team is excellent. We had a small issue and they responded quickly and resolved it immediately. We’ve decided to return next year.

We loved our stay here! Everything was as advertised. We were surprised how busy the boardwalk is just in front of the house. Great for people watching but not for privacy!
