Great location. Easy access to freeway and shopping. Sometimes took multiple requests to replenish supplies during a 5 week stay and did not have any pots or pans in the room. Overall, would stay again.

The hotel had a cabin feel to it. The staff was very friendly and it was close to a lot of stores and downtown.

If you want rude condescending customer service, this is the place to go. When you get in an accident and message the hotel, they’ll tell you should have called instead of tending to your accident because message doesn’t work. What’s the point of a messaging system then when no one answers calls either. Then they use the same messaging system the next day to let you know that it’s too bad it is too late. Look elsewhere there are other venues near this area that will treat you better.

The place is convenient and next to a bunch of stores. Love the ambiance inside the room. The person behind the reception is not very friendly and nose up in the air. The person who checked us out, the same. Breakfast is ok.

Bed sheets and pillows had a lot of stains and hairs all over. Very unsanitary. Also, the A/C had a bad scent that made us nauseous. Very bad experience, don’t recommend.

Good but not great

I stayed for 4 nights. I was cold the first night because the comforter only came up to my waist. The duvet cover was empty at the top. I discovered that the comforter was only half way into the duvet and the other half was tucked under the mattress at the foot of the bed. The front desk offered me a blanket which I refused. I asked them to fix the comforter which they did the folliwing afternoon. Also the included breakfast was not as good as I hoped. No real eggs, only powdered scrambled and powdered folded patty with american cheese.
