The place was great for me and my family. There was more than enough room for all of us. Everything was clean and the views of the ocean were magnificent. The only criticism is in the master bedroom, we couldn’t figure out how to draw the blind in order to use the shower.

Nice House, Great Location

We enjoyed this house very much. The view was great and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. There is no bathroom on the main level and there are only 6 chairs at the table, not great if you have more than that for dinner. Communication with the property manager was great. We were able to add on an another day to our stay. And they answered questions promptly. We would stay here again.

Amazing Home, Amazing Rental Company

We rented this home for a couples getaway and couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. Clean. Bright. 2 blocks from the beach. We had a fantastic stay but most of why I’m sharing this review is to say how easy, friendly and responsive 710 Rentals is. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect house for a San Diego staycation

We rented this 4 bedroom house to celebrate my 60th birthday while having family and friends come by and stay a night or two. It was perfect. We live in San Diego and know it well. This ended up being a perfect house for entertaining. I had asked to preview it, and was told no
.but it does look exactly like the pictures. Prop Mgmt returned ,my texts right away. Only issues were that it took forever to heat the water for the shower in the master bedroom. And, the neighbor from behind came down when we were in the jacuzzi, at 4pm on a Sunday, telling us to turn off the radio. But there are a ton of things I loved about this house. The master being the full 3rd floor. It was a really comfortable house. Some nights we just chilled and watched tv, some nights we watched the sunset. We used the BBQ, jacuzzi, and the parking is super easy in front of the house. The kitchen is well stocked and a wonderful center to the house. It’s a very open floor plan. No issue with the person living on property, in fact we never saw her. Great 2 block walk to ocean path. Great walking from there too. This was a really great rental. I will probably do it again next year. Thanks.. Ps
they even located one puzzle piece I lost and sent it to me the next day. 5 star rental

If you are searching for a terrific place, book this now! Our son received a rank promotion (Sargeant) in the US Marine Corps and we stayed for the weekend. A great location with minimal noise, clean and great views! We also did S'mores on the beach (Mission Beach) and went to LaJolla to go kayaking! Our host was incredible - very prompt in answering my questions and gave us terrific recommendations. We had a terrific time and will be returning!

Family vacation

One of the best things about this property was the location. It was only a few miles to downtown, the airport, and Mission bay and it was a short couple blocks walking to the beach. The view was so nice of the ocean. We would easily return here. I also found the management quick to respond to any questions or needs. I definitely recommend.

We chose this property because it was pet friendly and ten houses down from some good friends. The weather was a little chilly but the large hot tub was awesome! It was a good fit for our family.

Beautiful but need to work on amendities

The view was beautiful. I didn't think it would bother my family to have a care keeper on premises but it creeped them out. As you can see a very pretty deck but again only sits 2 would have been nice to have at least 4 chairs to sit outside. The main dining table only sat 6 of us which if it says will sleep 8 should all be able to sit at one table with 8 chairs. Back patio only had 3 chairs to sit on. There was a lot of don't- could not use sound system fire to light on front porch could not use could not use driveway Jacuzzi is long and not a pool it needed to have directions on how to heat and cool as we did have children who wanted to play in water There are a lot of stairs!!! There is no bathroom on the main floor you had to keep going up stairs. I would not recommend for small children as you would need to bring two gates. There is stairs to even go up to the main area from the walkway and then stairs to go up to bathroom and two bedrooms, then another stairway to go to master bedroom. Jacuzzi area only had 4 places to sit The ice machine did not work and there was no water dispenser in or outside of the fridge. We had to keep filling up ice cube trays. Again thought queen beds for 2 children to sleep on would be fine nope would recommend one room have 2 twins or a bunk set as it again was more for 4 adult couples. The bed in the master is either old or cheap we had to change rooms as the bed was too soft to sleep on. There is not a beach, there is a walking path and what you see from the front of the building is water but cliffs behind the walking path. We drove to the beach area to play and sun bathe. WE called to have the jacuzzi reset and they came right out while we were gone and fixed it. Even though it was only 9 pm the neighbor in the back kept yelling at 4 adults in the jacuzzi to be quiet as they were trying to sleep their children we were not that loud but did realize voices carry so be aware of that.

The ocean views were incredible! Loved the open floor plan, the close proximity to PLNU for graduation, Sunset Cliffs, and nearby market. Driveway too steep for elderly family members to get in/out of car so only parked on street. BBQ grill dirty and out of propane. Kitchen sparsely furnished for foodie guests who like to cook. Would still recommend as it is a lovely house.

The price for this unit I thought was entirely over priced. I have stayed at many other homes that are much larger with more amenities to offer and half the price. Pictures are deceiving. The house is FULL of windows of which many have no blinds meaning absolutely no privacy. Considering the house keeper lives there in the same unit makes it a bit creepy. All the pots and pans need replacement. There are dishes etc, but if you’re cooking a large meal, there’s not enough. We showed up to the hot tub a mess, the housekeeper had to come and ask me to move my car 5 sepeparate times while I was there. I didn’t want to park on the stree considering I was in a rental. I didn’t like waking up and seeing her in the back yard. I myself wouldn’t recommend this place if you like your privacy. Views are gorgeous though!
