The room was so cute with the exposed brick! It was clean and the bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. A nice large couch for sitting and reading. The bathroom was a little small but clean. The lobby decor was so fun and went with the vibe. The Mermaid restaurant was tasty and convenient. The drinks and bartender were also a good time. Super happy with the location, lots to do in the area and walkable to a lot of places. Would stay again and recommend to family & friends.

A great location! We enjoyed the historic feel and proximity to Ghirardelli Square and Fisherman’s Wharf! Did not feel much enthusiasm in terms of hospitality and the room was small with a strange shower. The lobby and restaurant were very nice! Would recommend if only for the location; but definitely not a luxury hotel! History buffs will enjoy the adjoining Museum and there is a nice Wine Tasting Room in the same building!
