When arrived there They said no rooms available inspite having confirmed booking from Expedia for 4 rooms. Not sure if it was expedia screw up or the hotel

Had high expectations. The staff at the resort tried their best to accommodate the guests needs. The resort is on a cliff and carries spectacular views. Unfortunately, as hard as the staff worked, the facilities need some major maintenance and improvements. The room water pressure was almost nonexistent. Hot or cold. Out of the two primary pools and the tubs, only the top restaurant pool was filled, but was green and murky. The remaining pools on site had all been drained and looked to be waiting some kind of maintenance. For a superior room, it was substandard. Barely room for the queen bed, and like notes above.. the water pressure for the shower was almost nonexistent.

Very relaxing spot. If you are looking for a tranquil and relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Azure is the perfect place. The staff are friendly and very accomodating.

Very remote and quiet. Property is nice, however it lacks maintenance. Bar and restaurant area close too early for people who are on vacation. Closes at 8pm.

3-Night stay

We stayed 3 nights on our trip. The room definetly need a bigger make over (no fridge, no TV, aercon was dripping water) and ceeling was moldy. Only the Reception pool was filled where the others seemed to be under renovation. The hotel staff however was super kind and tried their best (organisation of rental bike etc). Was feeling welcomed. We stayed most of the time outside, was not a resort to rest and relax. Overnight stay just ok.

A laid back resort with a big and warm heart

I stayed in the hotel three nights and one extra night because of a passing typhoon. I have travelled the world and experienced a lot. This place is really something extra because of the owner and all the staff members. It is pure joy and the not so little extra they give you in order to have a laid back stay is something special.And it is genuine. So much positive energy. Ok - the place needs some new paint here and there but it is nothing compared what you get from all of the staff.
