In the Tenderloin district, which does not feel so comfortable and/or safe. Hotel Parking was full so we had to park in a public parking garage over a block away which was super inconvenient when you have a bunch of luggage to carry inside, especially in that kind of environment. Staff was nice but seemed overwhelmed and underpaid, poor guy. Price = quality in SF.

The building is nicely renovated. We did have no AC our first night. Staff was great and mels diner was great too. The surrounding area isn't the best for families but being able to waymo around helped.
