Overall the property is safe, quiet, and has friendly staff. The bar/restaurant, while not well-attended, is great for having food and a beverage. The hotel is old and needs updates. The flooring, room doors, walls, ect all all very old and is indicative of the hotel's age. That said, I enjoyed my stay and would go again. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel for you. If you need a safe place to lay your head down and sleep, this is a good option. Also, parking is $25.00 per night.

Rooms are very dirty. We checked in and we had to have bathroom cleaned because it smelled of pee. Room curtians were stained, carpet was dirty, tub floor was dirty and there was no hot water. The only good thing was the shuttle service to and from the airport.

Restaurant is bad and so is parking

First, there was a smoker next to my room that filled up my room with smoke. Then the gate that is supposed to open and let you out would not open even though I tried my prepaid parking stub and then I tried my credit card because I had to go to work. Many cars were stacked up. I have stayed here many times and that parking gate issue is constantly a problem. But they don’t seem to care. Also, the restaurant will try to sell you a Bud Light and tell you it’s a Budweiser. I highly recommend you do not drink out of the tap because the beer comes out tasting like mold and you will get food poisoning. They have lots of different drinks sitting behind the bar, but the bartender has no idea how to use any of it or how to make anything. I watch people get angry all the time when they ask for things like a margarita and he has no idea. The food selection is terrible and I don’t think I would be brave enough to eat in the restaurant anyway. That’s really too bad because the location is great and the restaurant could be a real Jim but instead it’s a train wreck.

The property did not advertise how much the pet fee is and that you must pay daily to park at the property. The food at the restaurant was barely edible and was undercooked or of bad quality. But the restaurant staff were incredibly kind and generous! Best part of my stay! When I first arrived, I couldn’t figure out where my room was and the older woman at the front desk was rude and condescending when I didn’t understand where she was telling me to go and made me feel really stupid. There is nothing of interest in the area to do and figuring out how to get to the dog park was impossible. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel ever.

After a very frustrating experience at the airport, we felt extremely welcomed here! The check-in staff was so friendly and sweet, and we had only reserved our room less than a half hour before showing up. Not a problem at all! We had a pleasant dinner at the resaurant and enjoyed a soak on the hottub. Room was clean and comfortable and had a view of the city!
