The room overall was not cleaned very well; built up dust on many items such as nightstand lights, coffee tray and on dresser oily/greasy cleaner used which made it and feel disgusting! this hotel fitness room opens 24 hours .7days a week. My room is next door to it. For the two nights when I stayed ,every day someone was excised around 3 AM. If someone run on the treadmill will wake you up.you eventually might be able to fall back to sleep,the weight training stuff will keep you awake-when they drop,it’s loud and shaking plus irregular patterns.

The staff was great and super friendly. The room was just ok a bit outdated and the bathroom had a stain on the floor. The sink made a gurgling noise every time someone ran the water or flushed. I found the walls to be thin. The pillows were great and the view of the bay was nice! It was fine for our short trip.

Everything was great! We asked to be switched to another room due to sanitary reasons and that was no problem. New room was fantastic, only thing that we would suggest looking at is the shower head - when turning on the shower, the shower head expelled this high pitched noise the entire time while taking a shower. But im sure thats a quick fix.

Room smelled musty for 2 full days . I noticed the room had a loose window I did not notice til this morning so it was freezing all night. .I couldn’t get the heater to stay warm enough. I barely slept . I don’t typically complain about a stay and don’t think it’s the entire hotel as much as it was just a bad room .
