Room is rundown with mold in the corners of the living room and bathroom. At check-in I was not given any information about WiFi or where to find ice, etc. even though I mentioned I was not a Hyatt member (therefore don't know all of these things like some regular members might). I picked this place because it had a restaurant/bar inside and I knew I would have some downtime without access to a car, but the restaurant is not open so I felt that was misleading that it is advertised as open (not referring to breakfast which I did not partake in), I am referring to no access to food or drinks at the bar/restaurant outside of breakfast.

My tvs lacked the cable to be able to use any of the TVs but one . Remote battery’s were dead in all but 1 remote. Requested help with the issue multiple time to no avail. No one ever came. We spent 190 per night. And no clean towels every day. I was told I needed to ask to have service so I asked for daily service of my room. Basic towel swap make the bed take the trash out vacuum. I don’t need everything cleaned just changed out. I was serviced one of three nights I was supposed to stay. Coming home from a day of walking in San Francisco and having the trash still be in my room from the night before dinner was not it for me. As well as the towels not being changed. Kids are dirty I had three with me. The floor was not vacuumed the day they did SERVICE. Staff were kind. Breakfast was good. Place was quiet. I don’t think I’ll book again simply on no TVs and no housekeeping daily. Everything was great.

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. I only have two issues with this stay and 1) The bed was EXTREMELY hard to the point we had to go by a mattress foam pad for some extra comfort. Some people may like a firm bed but me and my wife like our bed soft. 2) That you had to pay to park at the hotel. $15 per day. Imo that should just be included in the price of the stay. So for the 8 days we stayed it was $120 extra for parking. For those reasons i can't give 5 stars but other than that we have absolutely no complaints. The property is very well maintained and everyone was very friendly

The size of our 2 bedroom suite was nice, but the property is definitely dated and showing its age. The room cleanliness was mediocre and needs a deep clean and fix up.

Huge room full of space and amenities to make it feel like home. The staff member greeted me warmly as a valued guest and by the time I woke the following morning I was bragging to friends and coworkers about the excellent place to stay.
