Our stay at the Hilton Garden was just okay—nothing particularly spectacular about our 3-night stay. We noticed a few things:
1. None of the staff members we encountered smiled. They completed their tasks, but the level of friendliness and warmth we’ve come to expect from Hilton was missing. There was no “wow” factor.
2. We tried the cook-to-order breakfast, which we initially thought was complimentary. When I asked if they had decaf coffee, the server said they had run out. Unfortunately, they continued to be out of decaf for the rest of our stay.
3. It was disappointing to learn that there was no streaming service on the TV in our room. For a Hilton-branded hotel, we expected modern amenities and the ability to stream.
Overall, our stay was fine, but it did not meet the level of service and comfort we usually associate with Hilton.
