Pleasantly surprised that this Hilton was cheaper than Double Tree (which we’ve stayed recently). So quiet & serene despite being close to the airport. Bay view rooms overlooked the beautiful view of the fog over the hills and was worth a little extra.

Worst hilton

The older Black woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. I had prepaid for parking and kept telling her to check on her end, but she just kept repeating, “Parking is always separate,” over and over. There was no fridge in the room, and the pool was ridiculously small. Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at.

Just wanted to say nice work on the culture here, everyone was super professional and actually seemed happy. As only one example, some papers blew out of the car I was getting into, and two grown men in suits sprinted to help me chase them down. If you have extra time in the morning, walk to Equator coffee and see the new bayfront promenade area they’ve built there.

Hotel was rated as 4 star but it is a 2 start hotel. Parking garage was horrible and bathroom flooring was very old. It was also annoying that I was able to hear next room's flushing sounds. Even in my bathroom toilet flush was making horrible sound.

Our rooms was not cleaned the entire three days we were there, the cleaning ladies speak very little English and didn’t understand what we told them. We personally told them to cleaned our room. Other than that it was good.

Three bayeslks are recommended. I was anxious ti walk along the bay. But there were many detours around the trsil dur to parking lots, bteaks in the rip rap, costruction, and other closures and impediments. Also, the restaurant, besides being expensive, was boring, dour, no happy hour, mixed drinks mostly ice,and service by old guys with no personality or savoir faire. The hamburger was excellent, at least.
