The parking here is TERRIBLE. Added parking is needed for sure especially with events going on throughout the Bay Area. The front desk was super helpful allowing us to parking in a non-designated area, but imagine if they needed that spot for safety assistance. Other than that, staff is incredible.

Avoid at all cost if you want to stay at a hotel that values basic hygiene and cleaning standard. I stay at the single suite but when I about to get to sleep, I found the 'supposed to be clean' pillow as well as the bedsheet is full of strong body odor from someone else. I just checked in the hotel and not even stay on the bed for one second so it's apparently from someone stayed before. The hotel front desk refused to help me move to the new room while threatening me that I have to stay in the new room assigned otherwise they will have no place to stay at the night. At 1am? Really? Is that how you treat your customer when apparently your cleaning staff does not bother changing the sheet and pillow between customers? I have been staying in 3-4 star hotel for business trip but this is the worst experience I have ever had. The management should look into this and take action on the front desk who threatened me.

I have another hotel and was horrible , I get another booking in home 2 suite by hilton and everything change they were so nice , everything was clean nice no mess no sound rooms are big and clean , breakfast delicious very day have something different . I have a really good experience.
