Great hotel!

The hotel was great! Clean and conveniently located! Housekeeping did a wonderful job of cleaning our room every day! The only suggestion I would make is to have the inside of the windows cleaned. The views are wonderful and would have been better through clean windows.

Excellent stay!

Excellent stay - will definitely be back! Our family lives the games room & enjoyed the 2hrs free bikes. Too bad they don’t allow kids to use the bikes but we were able to rent a bike for our son juat around the corner from the hotel.

I was very impressed with everything this hotel had to offer. The location is fantastic, close to Pier 39 and all the great attractions. The pool was heated and there was plenty of cabanas, umbrellas, chairs, towels and even pillows! The bar was open for drinks and they even provide cooked and milk for the kids. Plenty of family friendly areas with game tables and activities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions. We were craving coffee in the evening and they sent up a coffee maker right away. We needed towels and they were up with towels within minutes. The entire hotel was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. For a delicious breakfast head across the street to Brick and Board. Excellent breakfast/brunch.

Great family hotel with lots of games to enjoy in the evenings. Rooms were spacious and pool was great. Gets cold outside it though so take layers. Line up at breakfast time takes too long - they need more than 1 staff member serving. Otherwise great fun stay in area which felt safe and close to lots of amenities.

Great Stay but a little loud!

I was a little worried from seeing the outside of the hotel which looked old and outdated but inside was very modern and chic! The room was very nice/clean and the bed was super comfy, shower head was even clean! A lot of hotels have gritty, rusted ones that are pretty much overlooked. Just shows the hotel pays attention to detail! The only thing I didn’t like was there was no mini fridge to keep my drinks cold (was there for three nights) and the loud neighborhood (not the hotels fault) but there was a club directly in front so it was pretty loud on a Saturday night.
