Overall the hotel was nice and the decorations were cool. A little expensive for the breakfast buffet. The bar area was fun and happening. However, I didn’t like how I was charged all these fees at the end of my stay. Ended up adding $250.

Where's the chair?

Hotel is aging badly. Lobby is nice, but that is deceptive as to condition of rooms. would have been nice to have had a chair to relax in. only option is either the bed or the desk chair. if there had been a chair or a small sofa....would have given a better review.

Cute and great location

Overall enjoyed our stay very much. Myself and a friend traveled for a quick girls trip to SF. The hotel was in a great location. Japantown is really cute, close to tons of great restaurants, shops and safe. The hotel is clean, has one of the best gyms I’ve ever seen in a hotel and fun vibe - busy co-working space, bar. The rooms are a decent size, with a desk. The only drawback was the bathroom set up wasn’t ideal for sharing with a friend. No real bathroom door - a curtain that separated the room from sink and shower area. Doesn’t allow for the best privacy. Otherwise, great spot
