We enjoyed our week long stay at the hotel. We were very close to the ocean, only a block away. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The bus and cable cars were very accessible. Hotel staff were great, they dealt with a VERY RUDE customer that was out of line in a very professional manner.

We were on the ground floor and road construction was taking place right outside our room. We requested a room change, but they said no other rooms were available with a king bed, which I doubt! It is a HUGE hotel, lots of people!

Clean, quiet, walking distance to wharf, breakfast excellent, fitness room adequate, smoking area nice, public parking ramp garage across the street meant much less expensive parking than hotel garage.

Not a 4 star hotel

In-room amenities for a 4 star hotel is not what I expected.A tiny bar of soap and a wall mounted hair and body cream and a conditioner. Asked the reception if they have a room slippers,apparently they stop providing it. Breakfast is good. Checking in the hotel is very poor; Sean from reception put us in a hotel room furthest from the hotel entrance,knowing that i have an elderly mother,did not tell us where the breakfast is served,where the pool and gym.I have to call the reception if we can move to a room near the entrance,thankfully a room is available and we been moved.
